Hey Everyone,

At 9:45pm I received the email that John and I have been excited about. We got our approval.

I'm kind of in a daze right now, I'm trying to get ahold of John to tell him about it, but he's asleep and won't wake up :lol:

I know this was a fast approval for us after all of this IMBRA stuff. I just pray that everyone who is still waiting from earlier than us hears some happy news soon, so that we can all be with our loved ones sooner :)

AOS/EAD

04/07/07 - Sent AOS/EAD to Chicago

04/09/07 - Received at Chicago Lockbox

04/16/07 - NOA Date

05/10/07 - Transferred to CSC

05/30/07 - Case Pending at CSC

06/19/07 - Card Production Ordered for AOS

06/22/07 - Approval Notice Sent for AOS

06/23/07 - Welcome to America Letter received!

06/27/07 - Green Card Received

Removing Conditions

REMOVING CONDITIONS: May 4, 2009 - Oct 3, 2009
CITIZENSHIP: Nov 27, 2012 - May 9, 2013
Note: I immigrated from Canada, not T&T - the timeline is reflective of this.

PRESENT - IR-5 Story (reuniting a family)
I-130 for Parents - 2013
Aug ?? - mailed I-130 packages for both mother and father
Sept 10 - NOA1 date
Sept 16 - NOA1s received

2014

Feb 25 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office for processing

Feb 26 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred to my local office for processing

Feb 28 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 18 - got emails saying that the petitions are approved smile.png

post-23619-1153276264_thumb.jpgEveryone reading this forum before sending in your I-129F should send it to the Vermont Service Center. Process times of 43 days vs 148 days should be a no brainer. What are they going to do send it to California. The instructions on the website say to send it to Texas for me which I did and now my petition is one of the thousands collecting dust in California. We are the goverment and they are our employees. Felt good to say it. I see no harm in doing it and if you get processed at Vermont you are months ahead. :thumbs:

I am so happy to read some good news about the K1 Visa process for a change!! Congrats!!! Now I am hoping that some good news will come out of California, I have been waiting 4 months now!!

3/21/06 I-129F sent to NSC

3/24/06 NOA1

3/28/06 Touched

6/1/06 Case transfered to California Office

6/2/06 Touched

6/3/06 Touched

6/9/06 Received 2nd letter from NSC telling me that my case as been transefered

6/14/06 Received 3 emails today saying that CSC has my application

6/15/06 Touched

6/16/06 Touched

6/17/06 Touched again

7/3/06 Received RFE today in mail along with 2 emails

7/3/06 Touched

7/6/06 RFE received in California

7/13/06 Received email saying RFE had been received

7/31/06 Received (3) emails saying my application has been approved

8/1/06 Touched (hopefully that means that my application has been mailed to NVC

8/15/06 NVC mailed application to Bogota
