Hi,

After exactly 6 month we received the NOA2 for the I-130. It is so funny, or maybe not really funny, that we also received the NOA2 for the I-129F at the same time. I think it is way more efficient now to give up the I-129F and continue with the I-130 process. I am expecting a month or so for the NVC process and another month until the interview in Amsterdam. Or is there anything I am missing?

Thanks

Having the I-129 and the I-130 approved on the same day is pretty standard (almost expected these days)

Continue with the Cr-1, it is superior and cheaper (in my opinion). A month through NVC can be done if you follow LingChe's short cuts. As for your interview, that is embassy specific and I don't know how long it is taking to schedule interviews for your embassy.

Good luck.

I think that'll be hard for them - the interview embassy/consulate is in AMSTERDAM - NVC electronic processing is covered for Guanzhou, Montreal, and Ash_something... (Maybe Ash_something is in Amsterdam ? )

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
