aside from the fact that i was dancing under the snow earlier since its my first time..we got an update from USCIS..

I was so fired up & depressed when I read your post yesterday about other people getting their approvals before us that I stormed down to CSC and threatened to beat them senseless with my pillow if they didn't friggin approve my damn petition. :whistle:

i got a touch today on my aos even tho it was approved yesterday lols.

I just realized that our AoS was approved exactly one year after our K1's first noa date (12.09.08). I'm going to go play the lottery with 12.09.09 tonight - and I'm bringing that pillow. hahaha

Congrats everyone!!

Xaenyth, Anya n Charles, Jenn and Nick, simbafuzz: how did you let Inky and BabylonFari slip in line ahead of you? :lol: You guys should get your approvals by the end of the week.

I know Greg, what is happening!!??? I am kinda losing my patience, :crying: do you think, it is late because of an RFE or something? There has been no touch and I am tired of looking for updates. My update is dead, not one since 3rd Nov.... It's 2 months, i.e 60 days since NOA :(

Congratulations to all that have received their approvals! We haven't had a touch on our AOS since November 3rd.... I'm guessing we're going to have the same luck as we had when we were waiting for the NOA2 for the K-1 visa... which was not great... oh well! At least Nick is here this time :)
