Hey. I just got my paper work from my fiance and everything looks great, with the exception of one thing. One the G-325A her family name is in all Caps like the example on this site but she also but the family names of her mother and father in all Caps as well. Is this going to result in them declining the paper work or is this no big deal I would really worry about. I really do not want to have to wait for more paper work before sending this out. Thanks for your time.

As long as the information is correct, then it really doesn't matter what it looks like on paper.

It's scary how this process turns people into nervous wrecks about the smallest things - you'll be fine!!

No big deal.

Nobody in their right mind would tell you "You'll be fine." because the simply don't know. However, family names in ALL CAPS is the standard format. Most beneficiary's parents have family names, so your fiancee's G325a is correct. You might want to change yours to match but it isn't critical.
