As it gets closer to the 11th, I'm actually getting a bit more excited about sending it off... not to mention how relieved I'll be once it's out of my hands. The last few weeks have been a pain, lol! Hopefully CSC won't take a long time. According to the stats on here, it says that the average for the last 3 months is 225 days from them receiving to interview date. I hope this is true!

Welcome! I just wrote my timeline out in my signature.

So we got our NOA1 hard copy today! Well, sort of. It was actually mailed to my fiance's parents' house (the address on the cheque) but they'll be forwarding it to us this week ... I can't wait to get it! Proof positive that all that hard work putting together the package was worth it :)

We just put together our packet this weekend and I'm about to mail it tomorrow. But I'm so nervous. I keep going over all the papers over and over again, making sure I have everything needed. This is so nervewracking! Part of me doesn't want to send it, cause putting yourself out there is also putting yourself out there for potential rejection. Ahhhh! So nervous.

Basically, if I have everything listed in the Example Cover Letter on this site in the packet, I'm ok, right? I could use some reassurance. *^^* And sending by certified mail is ok?

Together: 10/10/2001 - current

The Process, Part 1

09/09/09 - I-129F sent certified mail express to CSC.

09/10/09 - I-129F received and signed for by INS Express Mail.

09/11/09 - NOA1 notice date.

After checking it. After having my fiance check it. After having a friend and my boss check it.... I sent it off, and then discovered I typoed the zip code to the center in all the letters I included. The CSC's address, not mine. Awesome! Hopefully that's not a cause for an RFE since I didn't typo it on the mailing address itself and they received it yesterday. :)

As it is, now it's just the worrying game. There's about a year gap on my fiance's work history that is actually explained in the supplement to question 18. But will the person reading it put two and two together? Augh. Worried.

Ours was only 30 pages. I feel like everyone else has had much longer applications than we did which makes me paranoid that I didn't put in enough. XD

Welcome to the latest September filers glad to have you here.:thumbs:

How are all the late August early September filers? Have all of you gotten your NOA1 hard copy? Our attorney must have gotten ours (HOPEFULLY). We have the cashed check but I can't make out the case number to save my life. Oh well, we recently returned from vacation so we need to touch base with the attorney to see what's happening. I'm truly glad to have each and everyone of you to share this very unique journey with.

To all of you who've stopped by to wish your best thank you very much the support is greatly appreciated.

I know what you mean! Ours was only about 30 pages as well. I'm not too worried though ... from what I've read, the important part is meeting all the main criteria (proof of citizenship, proof of meeting, that kind of thing) and then the proof of a relationship comes at the interview.
