Congrats to everyone with case complete! I'm gonna have to call the NVC tomorrow and hound them about my additional submission--I want my login fail, dangit!

I just checked my AVR and it said that checklist was generated on October 21. NVC received my DS-230 last Friday but the operator said that he could not see anything in the system. I am wondering if anyone else got same message with AVR? I have no idea what checklist the AVR was telling me about.

since i was straddling the NVC fence of september and october, i will paste this here too. maybe someone can advise...

ok, should i freak out now or later? i just called avr, and between last night 11 central, and this morning, 7 central, it has been updated that they received our checklist on october 22. now the reason for my possible breakdown is because of the issue with my iv bill payment. so will i get the case complete? or will i have to wait until they sort this mess out. like i said, it is obvious it has been paid since i would not be able to print the cover sheet without payment.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anywho, glad they have the ds230. one less thing off my plate.

If you have already made the payment, you shouldn't freak out. I sent my DS 230 around the same time you did and the AVR tells me that the NVC received it on the 19th of October. But it hasn't said anything about being reviewed. By the way is everyone supposed to receive a checklist after having their DS 230 submitted?

Once again I feel like you don't have a problem. Just call them and see what they say. Good Luck.

thanks :) i guess i was freaking out because since i apparently paid before it was invoiced, they are having to manually enter in my payment which is supposed to take up to 3 weeks (10-15 business days) thus i am praying it won't screw up my "log-in fail".

I dont think you should worry yet about AVR message. NVC has received your DS230 documents, but didnt process them/ enter into AVR system. Give them few more days, and I am sure you will be ok. They will contact you, if need anything else. I have the same AVR message as yours. I spoke with a oprator and they said, because they didnt review the packet yet.

Yes, sounds like a packet review thing... Keep on them about the payment (with a supervisor), it should not take more than 5 days to sort out, in the meantime, they are reviewing your packet so you are fine....

How many IV Fee Bill emails did you get? I paid early as you did, and got three IV Fee bill emails, each with different dates on them. Also in the same boat as you are... did you just print the cover sheet for the IV Fee Bill and send it in with your DS 230 and other documents?

Thanks!!
