So today they updated processing dates:

Yet, not change for K3 :angry:

However, Vermont has progressed upto Feb. 05, 2006 for I-130. Good job Vermont. :D:D

F**k the K3...

With all these problems it has become the exact opposite of what it was designed to be, and now only provides false hopes to those of us wanting to be WITH our spouses during the waiting period! I am already sitting on double the wait time as compared to many others just to receive my stupid NOA1, and that's only the first step!

I am NOW all about the CR-1, and my wife and I are simply planning based on that year-long (more-or-less) timeline rather than to get our hopes up for a quicker result only to be let down.

My hubby and I are going to concentrate more on the CR-1 than the K-3 visa. If the K-3 happens to kick in before the big one...then we will go with that. I have noticed that the update date on my online status has changed several times for the K-3 but we used the old form and have just been sent our RFE. I am a bit curious as to why they keep changing the dates but oh well. Not gonna get my undies in a bunch over it whatever happens happens..

Good luck to everyone.

That's really sad the date for K-3 hasn't changed , but in fact it's only what we should've expected - we heard of no one approved yet... With my NOA1 date of April 7, we didn't even recieve an RFE! I am totally counting on CR-1 progress now.

I know how you feel .. we had our I-130 apporved before the I-129 and we only got an RFE for the K3.. whats that all about?? bit confusing.. Worst part is my hubby is in Calafornia on volunteer work in the mountains.. all paperwor is sent to Wisconsin so we are waiting for it to get to California... but my mother in law sent it snail mail!! Should have told her to fed Ex it!! hope it gets there soon so we can poss move along quicker with K3.. but who knows what will happen

keep your chins up people! and :D

K-3 is creating more frustration for all who filed after March 5. My I-130 was approved on May 31 and I got the K-3 IMBRA RFE few days ago. For me, it makes no sense to continute with K-3, since our I-130 is going well at the NVC. So I have decided to cancel my I-129F petition. I will send NBC a letter and ask them to cancel the petition. Yes, I wasted $170.00, but I tried everything I could to bring my wife sooner. At least, our I-130 is processing well.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Wow, your timeline shows that you are moving pretty fast. I submitted to the same SS before you and have not received an RFE yet.

BTW, your timeline doesn't jive with the processing dates either... man this is crazy  or maybe i don't understand the processing dates?
