I know its not an approval buuuutttt..

I was touched 2 days in a row!!!!! :dance:

I didnt even bug them!!!!

I am sooo excited!.... I hope it means something... :whistle::yes:

Aug 2001- met in highschool in US

Feb 15 2006- sent I 129

Feb 17 2006- NOA1

Feb 23 2006- *touched*

April 1 2006- still waiting =(

July 10 2006- touched!!

July 11 2006- touched again!!!

July 24 2006- touched (RFE in email)

Aug. 7 2006- RFE in mail

Aug 15 2006- sent back RFE (the wait begins again)

Aug 26 2006- touched (RFE recieved)

Aug 28 2006- APPROVED!!!!!- after 192 days~!

Sep 3 2006- get NOA2 in snail mail

Sep 13 2006-NVC recieves case!!!

Sep 18 2006- NVC sents case to Embassy!!

Sep 21 2006- Embassy recieves!

Sep 27 2006- Embassy send interview packet!!

Nov 9 2006- Medical completed

Nov 20 2006- Interview APPROVED

Nov 22 2006- picking up my VISA

NOV 23 2006- leaving for ATLANTA

Good for you. We are hearing of these people getting back this weird answer on their petitions and supposedly it is an approval and yet there those of us from Feb and Mar still waiting.

Hope it means your approval is forthcoming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Julie, really it MEANS something GOOD! Good luck in soon getting of NOA2! Look at our dates, these stupid guys set us off somewhere to understand if we are under new law or not. So your NOA2 without any RFE is coming soon. Be sure and positive! ;))

K-1 Visa Process

27th of Aug 2004 - got acquainted

24th of Dec 2005 - spent Xmas holidays together

4th of Feb 2006 - sent I-129F petition to Texas Service Center

14th of Feb - lost our personal letters, resent even more

28th of Feb - California Service Center received our case (received date of NOA1)

6th of March - NOA1 (notice date)

1st of May - NOA2 (first one)

26th of June - NOA2 (second one, no RFE!)

27th of June - *touched*

11th of July - *touched again*

12th of July - reply from NVC (don't have our case yet) :((

14th-21th of August -FINALLY made CSC sent out our case to NVC!!!

28st of August - letter from NVC confirming our case will be sent to Moscow Embassy within a week.

8th of September - Moscow Embassy replied they still don't have it :'(

1st of October - Yellow package has been sent

4th of October - Date of the interview: 7th of December

Rescheduled date of interview on EARLIER date (due to kid's school exams): 17th of October 2006!

17th of Ocotber - Stressful interview has successfully GONE!

20th of October - got passport with visas at the office DHL on Tverskaya st.

22th of October - WE'RE TOGETHER AT LAST! WOOOOO-HOOOOO!

that is good news, i was touched on Monday and got my approval notice yesterday. I knew something was up because i didnt have to email them to get them to touch me LOL......good luck to you , I bet your approval is right around the corner!!!

Touched means that your online case status date has been updated. Could mean anything from receiving or sending an RFE or that your file has been moved, or anything else. Happens (supposedly) when ever the service center does something with your petition.

I've been touched a lot lately by CSC as well.

07/10/2006 Touched & Email saying they received my IMBRA RFE (a week after they actually received it btw)

07/11/2006 Touched again, no change in case status, still about them receiving my IMBRA RFE

07/12/2006 Touched again, no change in case status again, still about them receiving my IMBRA RFE

Not really sure what that all means, but at least were getting something I suppose :hehe:
