Thanks to Visa Journey and all the great advice I received throughout the last 2 years from K-1 visa to AOS, Nubia had her interview today at 9:15 nothing really to say except the officer really thanked us for being well prepared, our interview was 45 minutes late because of the people before us that were not prepared and the lady doing the interview was extremly happy she did not have to waste her time again on someone not prepared. We would not have been able to be that prepared without this great website. Thanks to all,

Yes we were there today, we were sitting in the back row, patiently waiting for our interview. When we went in the officer apoligized for being late. she swore us in and then said she really didnt did very much from us. She used the same I-864 I submitted when we submitted the aplication for AOS, even though I had new one. She asked to see her Social Security Card. She did not look at any photos, but did ask for things in both our names, I gave her a credit card statement, insurance documents, and a letter from our bank with a voided check with both of our names on it. She said the medical was in order with the DS-3025 and I said please take the new one I spent $150.00 on to get the I-693 vac supliment, she said ok. That was pretty much it we signed the receipt that said we need to apply to lift conditions between 4-7/08 and the green card was in the mail. She was a very nice lady and it seemed that most people coming out of the door had a smile on their face. She said that when we apply to lift conditions, if we send the documents in with the aplication like, joint tax returns, mortgage or lease, birth certs for children we probably will not need an interviw. If we just send the aplication we will definatley have an interview.
