Ok i read that. So if my kid gets ssi she will loose it and if i start getting my ssi and disability i cany get it?

The co-sponsor needs to be a USC or legal resident, and make enough for their own household as well as to support the immigrant should it become neccessary. They can be a friend, family member or co-worker, anyone. They have to pay no fees, but they will have to fill out a document with their financial details including tax docs and salary info. If all goes well and your fiance finds work quickly once he gets here the co-sponsor will not pay anything, but if your fiance/ later husband needs public assistance, the government will come after the co-sponsor to get their money back.

for a three person family you have to make 22,000

if you do not make this much you cannot support him on the I-134 alone, you HAVE to get a sponsor

You are asking about getting a visa to enter Algeria? Then the U.S. poverty guidelines don't apply. Just state your income and let it go at that.

You have to make enough for the whole household that will be living together when the immigrant arrives. So if there is a couple only, no kids, it's 2 people.

Im talking after i go meet my fiance and i come back to do his paperwork. If I'm on food stamps is this going to stop us from being together? And my income is only about $900 month

even with a co-sponsor if you plan to be on government benefits like disability for a while then this could affect the outcome as far as i understand
