OOPS she can apply for citizenship 90 days before the 3rd year of her GC so in March of 2010 she can file the N400

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

if you look on the conditional card it says at the top "permanent resident card"

and its the I 551 on the back too. so it counts.

dont give out bad advice to people cause they could be waiting extra years.

i vaguely remember back when doing the K1 that it would be 1 year after we got the lifting of conditions....

so if you guys are waiting extra time, and have been married to the same person the whole time (3 years on a K1) then go ahead and apply.

Look at your greencard... Find the Resident SINCE date... ADD three years to that date.... then subtract 90 days

YMMV

I'm not sure anyone here is wrong (everyone seems to be saying the same thing).

90 days before the third anniversary of a spouse's green card - if married to the same US spouse the entire time (which it sounds like you have been), you can apply for citizenship. I roughly calculated this to be as soon as March 2010.

Original (conditional) PR/Green Card Issued June 2007 - plus 33 months is March 2010. =)
