LGG, I'd suggest you snail mail that DS3032 if nothing still happens by next week... it didn't hurt my case and don't know why it should hurt yours. The sooner they accept it the better... I mean, they will update the system anyway and it will show up in their screen once they finally open your emails or snail mail whichever comes later.

My Take on Linche's Shortcut,

Once they assing the NVC case and AVR recording reflects the message" DS-3032 choice of agent and Address Form has been mailed to beneficiary,........blah blah " one can email the DS-3032 to NVC and wait for the mail to arrive and send the hard copies as well.

However, I warn and may be this is an addition to Linche's shortcut , that Once they assign the NVC case number, Dont wait around for the above message to be reflected on the AVR. That will be too late. Call them, speak to an agent as soon as the NVC case is # assinged and give them your email addresses, so that the forms are emailed to you rather than snail mailed. Saves time and some heart beats definitely..

That is what I am going through with my cases. I called yesterday and now they wont email or provide me the IIN number. Had i called the day after hearing they assingned the NVC case i would have recieved those emails as in the case of LGG. I was a day late, and now they say " looks like the DS 3032 and AOS fee bill was mailed before we got your emails, and therefore we cannot send it on email. However, future all teh correspondence WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU."

Lesson learnt and hope this helps many that come after me :)

Not lame at all! I was the on on the damn phone with NVC when I realized it was right on the page! D'oh!

Yep, the IIN is on the last page of the AOS fee statement you'll get via email. That's the 70$ BTW, the IV bill is the 400$ one.

Not lame at alll, lots of stuff going on!

:D

So it's on the bottom of the AOS fee bill? So he pays the AOS $70 first?...or the IV? I'm lame. Can't you tell :D

I emailed my DS3032 last week or so -- as the beneficiary we mail it in -- but really? it doesn't mattter who sends what as long as it gets to where it needs to be. As I'm from Canada, it won't be an issue for me sending stuff and whatever. I also sent the DS30332 by snail mail yesterday too as man, they're taking a LONG time to generate our IV bill. It even says on my NVC automated response that they've received our AOS package already -- send us the damn IV bill then!!!!!

hey guys i got one news for us.. Hubby called uscis and asked if our case has been forwarded to NVC yet or not.. They said its still at USCIS. Person said they don't have enough approvals to send it in bunch so they were waiting.. he said may be this week or next week they will forward.. i think its better for everyone to call uscis and harass them now so they can forward our cases to NVC.. :)

If they would approve me and my 8 pound evidence binder plus the other 10 pound petition, they would have enough weight to send package to NVC!!!

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Just called NVC - we finally got assigned our NVC case number, yay! I'll call Monday morning to give them my email address.

yes , do that. dont wait :)

I have a question to Those who have mailed the DS-3032.

I recieved the copy of DS-3032 and the AOS bill in mail today. I have questions:

1. How do i copy the barcode to the DS-3032 my spose sent me a week ago that is signed by her and was prepared per Lingche's shortcut. I was planning all along to send the one she sent me. Now the dilemma is how do I copy the barcode. it will take forever for her to recieve the original DS-3032 and return to me and then submit?

2. Do i have to send the original Envelope they sent me with the DS-3032? or can i send them in a different envelope with hand written address of the NVC?

Thanks
