AOS fee bill showed "PAID" 08/06/09
Mailed DS3032 on 08/07/09 as well along with I-864. It will get there Monday 08/09/09! I hate weekends :)
I-864 got there Monday 08/10/09
IV fee bill showed "PAID" 08/12/09. Sent the DS230 package right away. autmoated says "DS3032 recieved". Hope things go well from now.
DS230 received by NVC on 08/13/09.
Got K3 IV appointment for Dec 8 ! hoping that CR gives me an earlier
time.
It took them 3 days - from Monday to Wednesday- to enter I-864 into system.
Got fake RFE. DS230 missing! the good news is they told me 864 review is done on Aug 19. from 10 to 19, 7 work days.
they haven't entered DS230 into system yet!
:( Aug 21: they want original marriage cert! the original certified translated one is not acceptable! I'm not sure if we cam get a certified copy! Pardis is going to look into that! it seems we are heading for december interview :(
Certified marriage cert was sent again on Aug 26. Will get there Aug 27 (Thursday)
Aug 28 they entered the checklist into AVR. Hope it won't take more than a week for them to review it. fingers crossed.
Sep 4, Log in failed! no email yet from NVC though! but LOG IN HAS FAILED!
Sep 8: AVR says case is complete. Waiting for further instruction.
Oct 31: interview scheduled for Dec 15.

Dec 15: Went to interview at Abu Dhabi, the interviewer asked couple of simple questions and asked my wife when she wants to come to US, my wife said ASAP. so then she said come and get your visa tomorrow. :) hooooray
Dec 16: Went to Abu Dhabi again, Got visa in couple of minutes. Hooooray 2.
Feb 7: POE JFK, NY. no question at all. and ...
Feb 8: this is our first 24 hours as re-united couple in US. It's been a long journey but thanks to VJ it went smoothly! thanks all of you.
