Happy Monday MENA ladies! :star:

It is a bright beautiful (hot!) day here in Cairo.

Aaaaaaand, we found an apartment this morning!!!! :dance::dance::dance: I'm so so so so happy! Alhamdulillah. :D

I totally couldn't stand the place we looked at last night, and the place we looked at today was so much better. I'm so excited thinking about getting everything ready so that we can move in. :luv:

Anyways, up an at em ladies, don't let Monday get ya down! Get your coffee and danish and give it heck! :lol:

Melly-Congrats with the apartment

Brini-80 deg here, i'll switch with you

yesterday, we went to the river park, fed the ducks and thought how nice just to sit down and watch the ducks. I was wearing white shorts and a white shirt so i didn't want to sit in the grass, so i sat on the curb and just enjoying nature and not even a minute, a damn seagull crapped on me :angry::angry: that's my luck!

Morning everybody...I am depressed today...first week back to work since hubby arrived...really hated leaving him and my daughter sleeping. :( Sucks bad...feeling like I want to move to Jordan instead...but then I guess he would be at work all day and I would be at home without him still. Oh well...

Im off today....woohoooo!!!! Feeling inspired to knock out this final essay after learning I got an A on the one I submitted last week!! YAY! I have never recieved an A on a paper, so as you can imagine, Im elated!!!!

Time to make Josh some food and get my housework done.

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

morning all, I went to Starbucks this am and they messed up my coffee, so I lucked up and got two. They gave me the one they did wrong. :) It is hot hear but rainy and calling for thunderstorms.

Amanda, I am sure it is a tough day, but at least you will see him when you get home and he is not far away anymore.
