If you are talking about application pictures, you can do them at any walgreens, wal-marts, or any other places that take passport photos. :)

Hello,

The requirements for the pictures are very specific and i was wondering if somebody knew where it could be taken? ( i live in nj)

thank you!

It's pretty easy to find places if you're in the U.S. Almost any photo processing/developing place will do it. Look for signs that say passport photos. I do not recommend getting them done at drugstores (like CVS, Duane Reade, etc). They may be cheaper but you get exactly what you pay for.

We did ours at FedEx Kinko's and paid $60, but heard Costco's a LOT cheaper, if you have membership.

You can tell them to do passport photos, then show them the specs. They are familiar with these and will know what to do.

Who needs a negative?

(Tip for others - once you have passport photos - you can make copies at your local print shop or on you home scanner - print them on photo paper and Ta da...extra copies).

Yet the quality of digital has not reached the quality of film.

Must be why the popularity of film cameras are rising again.

This is the 2nd funniest quote of the day...

Maybe your $19 1.3MP camera isn't as good as film, but the 10MP cameras make film cameras look like... well... film cameras.

The only place that the popularity of film cameras is rising in, is a place that just discovered them.
