You do not need a signature on the pictures - just print the name of the person on it.

Each person needs to sign their own 325 - however, if he is not available - you do not need his signature (they can do it at the embassy).

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

I disagree with the G-325's not having to be signed. We received an RFE because we sent photocopies of the G-325A, instead of the originals. So, we had to send ones with original signatures on them.

Some consulates have permitted beneficiaries to sign their G-325A in front of the CO at the interview. However, I only recall reading that this has been done when a revised G-325A was being submitted. I don't recall reading that a petition has gotten through the initial USCIS approval stage without signed original G-325A pages from the beneficiary, but I suppose it could happen. In your case, it didn't.

USCIS has guidance concerning the 325 and signatures - perhaps they didn't follow it.

USCIS on the signature

I have found nothing on USCIS that indicates this memo has been superseded.

With that said, it is always good to get the original signatures prior to sending it in...

You sent a copy of your signature, where it should be, in this case, original, IMO.

Bobby_Umit, thanks for that link. I hadn't seen that memo before.

Wish I knew about it initially, as I waited an extra week or two to file while waiting to receive my fiance's signed G-325A docs in the mail.

For the back of pictures that I sent does it just need my signature or does it also need my fiance signature ?

Also for the g325 can i sign my name on hers or does she need to sign it ?

OH NO!!!!!!!!!! I never signed ANY pictures! Didn't matter, my fiancee arrived in record time.

You do not need to write anything on photos

For the G-325a it requires her signature, not a copy.

There is a rule that allows for the form to be submitted without signature if the fiancee is "abroad" and sign it at the interview, BUT I have seen plenty of people get RFEs for this.

Yes, and Bobby posted that earlier in another response, now I see he has here also...thanks Bobby

what about the back of passport pictures ?

You are supposed to PRINT the name of the person, you will not get an RFE if you don't
