Well

I received a letter today from the Boston Ma regional office saying that my I-751 application was approved and that I should receive my card within 60 days, I'm so Psyched,

No RFE, no Interview, straight approval after 14months of wait,

I wonder why did the letter come from Boston, my regional field office is in Manchester, closest regional office is in Boston MA, and the file was at the Vermont Service center, the latter came from the Boston MA office. Wierd, but I'm not complaining.

For those of you who care, no there was no online update, no email nothing.

Thanks for the support,

I can finally say I'm moving on to the citizenship thread.

hahahaha

Huge Congrats for you!

Have you contacted Senator/Congressman/Ombudsman? It's again make me thinking that VSC still doesn't have enough personnel and they're relying on local offices help to get the cases done.

Sorry don't mean to be nosy. But is the letter dated before or after you contact congressman and senator?

Again, Congratulations! I think contacting elected officials really helped them dig up your case.

Well the letter is date 05/14/2009, that is the same day I called USCIS customer service, they transfered me to higher up in customer service, who wrote a service request that says " No action in the this case for 14 months, please approve green card ASAP" I was amazed when she did that for me, that same day is my approval day, I'm happy to say I think she is the one that did it for me, not congressman or anyone else.

CONGRATULATIONS!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
