I130/I129F APPROVED May 4, 2009!!!

Vermont is still alive! Blessings to the nice officer I spoke to on the phone at USCIS! He refused to do a service request (but was otherwise polite and very helpful), but looks like he pushed my petitions through!

Six months processing time! It seemed like such a dream that I didn't think I'd ever see an NOA2! The I129F (for K3) has a validation date range on it - is this normal? It expires Sept 4.

I forgot to add that my case was not updated online and I did not receive an email. The approvals were waiting in my mailbox for me when I got home from work. Last touch was on my I130 on May 1st. No touches on the I12F since they processed it in the beginning.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thats very nice and u know what each and every single day i turn on my computer and b4 i go to YAHOO , MSN , or ANY EMAILS i check WWW.USCIS.GOV then VJ ..... lol whenever i see all service centres are working fast then VSC it feels me like that they never comes to work if they does then all day they gosips or drink cofee thats what i can say about VSC ... once again Glad they are Alive.Once again CONGRATS and i pray that rest of process will smooth and easy for you and MAY GOD APPROVE US IN THIS MAY .... lol
