After almost ten months :dance i have been approved and it seMS I FOUND OUT BY DESPERATION.I called USCIS 1800 number and the lady said MAM you are outside of processing time.I said tell me something i did not know then she transnferred me to a higher level IO,and he told me that i have been approved since the 28th of April and i asked why have i not gotten any email update or approval letter he said.We will send you one, he said i should get my card in 60 days.I AM SO HAPPY OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDD.Watch the trini WINEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

How did u get to talk to live customer service representative? What # did u call? We have been waiting 10 months, and every time I call them I can't reach an operator. All I get is an automatic answering machine saying that my case have been transferred to CSC and is now pending. Also, what exactly did you ask representative? Did u tell her that your case is outside of processing times or just asked her to check the status of your case?
