AVR says tthey forwarded my papers to embassy on 3 November what I should put in tracking reference to track my package ?

I can't track my package. I am having the same problem.

Can someone help with the tracking me?

NVC says my package was forwarded to Lagos on Nov 3 and DHL keeps saying no shipments are found.

Thanks

I don't know what I was doing wrong but I finally got it to work. I think I was messing up the spaces.

Here's what I did:

1. I copied and pasted this info EXP 15 OCT 2009A directly into the shipment date spot.

2. Then I edited the day and month by entering the date that was 1 business day before the the NVC said my file left without altering the spacing to get my actual ship date.

3. For the shipping date range, I used 2-3 days before my actual ship date for the starting date and 3-4 days after the actual ship date for the end date.

4. I typed 03801 in the zip code.

Thanks

Looking forward to a Happy New Year!!!

I keep trying to see what packages have gone out, seeing as my fiance tries to contact NVC and can't get through, and I want to see if any other packages have winged their way to Sydney yet. But, when I put in any tracking dates, the DHL site keeps telling me that there is any error and to track at a later date. It's been doing this for two days now! Can someone have a look and see if any packages have gone to Sydney this week?

you all welcome guys and for sure we all here one big family supporting each other ,Good Luck all (F) (F)

I received a letter from the NVC dated November 11, 2009. I used the formula above to attempt to track my package to Bangkok, but without success. I used EXP1XNOV2009A and varied the X between 1 and 8, since the letter stated that the petition will be forwarded within a week. But for each date, the DHL site registered "No shipments." Can anyone explain this or provide assistance please?

Was working for me last week, now this week I can't get it to play. It keeps saying no shipments found.. And of course this week just happens to be the week NVC is supposed to mail my packet to Manila. At least I know from the last few time I got this working that NVC sends shipments to Manila almost every Wednesday, and they get signed in on the following Monday as received. Anyone try the DHL thing latetly??

Am I doing something wrong?<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

I was doing that as well in the beginning and getting the same response.. Someone told me to put in like this and it worked finally:

EXP 08 Jun 2009A

The shipment pick up date to select would be the next day Jun 9.

AHHHHH....this was it!!! It MUST be in this format... exactly (well change dates as needed). EXP 09 Mar 2010A For some reason it needs those spaces between the letters and numbers...works now!

yeah that makes sense...i guess our packages might be there together. I know the NVC told me to call back in 48 hours to confirm that our package went out.(this was yesterday)

Hmm looks like only 1 package went out to manila today...says 1lb...wonder if that's ours. I know i got the login fail about 130 pm eastern time.

They told me last week on 3/26 that it is shipping as of today. Then I called again on Mar 29 and Mar 31....just because they had a habit of telling me one thing then changing their story a few days later. Both times I called, they said it shipped last week...and only one of the two other times I called did they confirm the day shipped. But according to DHL, USEM received our petition on Mar 30. I haven't called USEM yet, because the 31st is just a day later and they probably haven't had time to input the folder, and Apr 1-2 are holidays, so USEM main services are closed. Sooooo...Monday I'll begin bugging the embassy for an interview date.

And still to this date..have not received a letter/email from NVC...and they have had it for 3 weeks.

Call DoS and they will tell you if the case is at the consulate yet

Aren't you the person who posted the steps for DHL for me? That worked great and was on target. But--there was only one packet going to Kenya so I was 100% positive it was ours. I'd really recommend that DHL link. : )

ScottThuy--just wanted to say thank you for all your helpful information you've always posted. You are so well informed and your info is very much appreciated!!!! : )

Hi brothers and sisters we all have that curiosity to know when our cases arrived at the embassy ,so i tried to find out how and it took me a lil while from what i been reading in some topics here they told how but when i tried never worked <img src="http://www.visajourney.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> but when i just tried simple thing found it worked and got the track # and where is our files now just follow those simple steps and you will get to

1- when you know from AVR that your case was forward to embassy ( mm/dd/yyyy) lets take an example case forward to embassy March <!--coloro:#ff0000--><span style="color:#ff0000"><!--/coloro--><u><b>20</b></u><!--colorc--></span><!--/colorc-->th 2009

2- go to <a href="http://track.dhl-usa.com/TrackByRef.asp?nav=TrackByRef" target="_blank">DHL TRACK </a>

3- then under track list click on track reference

4- put the reference in this shape EXP<!--coloro:#ff0000--><span style="color:#ff0000"><!--/coloro--><u><b>19</b></u><!--colorc--></span><!--/colorc-->MAR2009A and push track

now we seen its completed in 2oth but we searched in 19th yes because they schedule shipping day before so DHL know in advance when they will ship it so day before will be your exact day for NVC shipping your case to your embassy

i tried it this way and worked but i found 2 cases to cairo so which one is mine dosent matter as along as i can keep an eye on it for sure the month will be changing just the example above for explanation

Good luck all <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/good.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="good.gif" /> <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/good.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="good.gif" /> <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/good.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="good.gif" />

Thanks a million! I feel a lot better knowing that my package got where its supposed to go. NVC should have a tracking system. But this definitely works.
