Walk Score: 0 out of 100 — Car-Dependent

Too late. Marina beat you to it, she was the threads first zero. You should have asked Nessa to hold on for another day!:P

:secret: she's not in the usa.

The award was for the first thread respondent. Sorry dude

Just south of Seattle and my score is 74/100.

Of course, the thing only determines amenities within a mile. There's plenty more than a mile away I can walk to. As was proven in the Great Seattle Snow of 2008 and 2009 :)

You should give it to him on account he reinstated the Kansan stereotype. Good for your mindset.

Walk Score: 75 out of 100 — Very Walkable --- Villa Park Illinois

I intentionally bought this house due to its 8 minute walk to the Metra station which I use for my daily commute to the Loop (downtown Chicago).

It's a 5 minute to Jewel-Osco (supermarket) and Walgreens, restaurants & pubs.

All the best of a fully detached suburban house with basement, garage, huge backyard - combined with urban services.

I own a car which I fill up approximately once every 4 weeks. Sometimes I drive around just coz I feel guilty for owning a car that I don't use enough

I got a big fat 0.

I win.

I live in the middle of no where, the city's 15 minutes away.

Here's my proof of awesomeness:

(Well, yes that address does exist. It's my parents' house, also my perma address.)

PS: I think some of those distances are wrong. Home Hardware is WAY closer than Wendy's.
