GS I asked they said just turn it in when you do adjustment od=f status

I hink aruba rarely deals with K-3

That might be the issue

I am really fd up with the whole process so oi might take a breather from the whole

\CR-1 and AOS process

any suggestions anyone

we already paid most of the fee's at NVC

we are in RFE do

and for that i need o send a revised DS230

and a copy of the police good conduct letter which they lost!

So I don't know

Im tracking Amarmex visa package...

its left the consulate :dance:

AND, I see that typical time is 5 days according to Amman's site.

Maybe earlier than May 7th :dancing:

Aruba, u've been through so much to quit now. Send in the 2 forms needed and u will have case complete in no time! CR1 is much faster and better option than AOS.

03/05/09: K3 and I 130 both approved! FINALLY after 230 emotionally trying days @ VSC!!

July 12, 2009 - ARRIVAL IN USA !!!

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

According to sources here within VJ whose files should have left the NVC with ours ... the files were recieved in Kiev last Thursday the 9th. Nadya had emailed the embassy and received an email back pretty quickly stating "yes" their file was in Kiev.

I assumed the same for us, based on when the NVC told me the files had left for Kiev. Today I sent them an email, but since they are closed Monday for a holiday, the soonest I would hear is next Tuesday.

Ksenia called later in the day. Basically, from what I can tell of the conversation, all new files are sent to a 'call center' on Friday. However, they can be pretty slow at inputting them into THEIR system. She was told to call back on Tuesday. Since she's there obviously, I gave her the pin# info and she is going to do the calling now instead of me.

So we'll see. For several reasons, we really need our interview to be done on/around the 5th. We still have a 'little' room to budge around, but not much. So my stress level has gone up a couple points :blink:

Married2aTico ... let's get some great news from you today :thumbs: Hey you - VCShell - just put the "stamp" of approval on it and send it to the NVC already !!!
