Ok...a happy update for our case :D As you all know my case went to NVC, I called tuesday and they told me it was in AP....so we decided I would call every couple of days or so. Something was nagging me to call today. So before I left work, I called and they said our case was sent to Casablanca on 9-09-09!!! I could have kissed that woman! She was the only nice person I've spoken to, and she was so happy. I was happy crying and she was saying "Don't cry, you're almost done now!"

Then I checked the mail when I got home, NOA2 and a letter from the NVC!! We are soooo excited!!!

What do I do now? I know to call the DOS on monday to see if the consulate has received the package and scheduled the interview? Or do I call or email the consulate? Or do I just wait? I'm getting everything together to FEDEX to Majid...I can't believe it!

Thats so great!! Im happy for you!!

I have no idea what you do next but Im sure you are close.

For me I got another touch today but no Approvel. So mayeb next week :( I hope it happens soon.

Thank you :star: It might be tonight, or in the morning...it's strange how the emails go out...you just never know! You will get it soon

Yesterday I sent Corina all the evidence we were able to put together. The package weighted almost 15 lbs. Did we went too far? hehehe I only hope is enough. She will be sending the required forms and documentation to the embassy next Monday God willing. Now I'm the one getting nervous here. hehehe.

Guysssss and galsssssssss :P

I see that most of our regular poster have received their NOA2. Congrats!!! For those who haven't received their yet wish you a speedy one too.

I was copying my stuff to send to my fiancee and came to find out that on my i-129 i forgot to put something. My fiancees add is 327 but i had put only 32 :-( however on Biographic information it does have 327. I wish i had notice this earlier so that i could have been able to correct while it was in VSC or NVC. I swear i checked it like 10 times before i mailed them out. What should i do now? Suggestionsssss please. Shall i call DOS and let them know or shall i call the embassy??

Hello April Folks,

Congratulations to all those who have received the NOA2. For those still waiting, my heart and hopes go out to you for a speedy and joyous end to your torture. I've never actually been tortured but the wait between NOA1 and NOA2 has to qualify as mental torture. The night I noticed a touch and then got the email shortly after was one of the most emotional moments of my long life. Our Story so far:

I-129F sent - 4/11/09

NOA1 received - 4/23/09

NOA2 email - 27 August

NVC Letter - 9 September (dated 3 September)

10 September - Called The Embassy In Manila, they wanted to set the interview for 16 September. We needed time for the medical so its set for 23 September. Claire and Alexis will be at St. Lukes on the 15th.

I have read every guide here and any posts I can find on the subject but I'm still confused - maybe its just the stress of the moment and not wanting to make any mistakes.

Can you guys double check me please?

I-134 Affidavit of Support - Just need 1 copy signed by me with all supporting information attached?

DS 156 Visa Application - Just need 1 copy for Claire?

DS 156K - Need 2 copies for Claire and 2 Copies for Alexis?

DS 157 - Need 2 copies for Claire and 2 Copies for Alexis?

Application Fees - $131 each paid at Banco De Oro prior to the interview - reciept is stamped on the DS-156K?

Thanks everyone and please wish us luck,
