My petition was approved! USCIS website says NOA2 mailed July 24th. Touch was on July 26th. Must have been because the website was down yesterday. I am stoked! Now my sincerest wishes and prayers are for all the April filers and everybody else...that theirs happens very soon.

Dumb Question: How do I register on the USCIS website to get an NOA2 notice via email? I thought I did this already, but I'm not 100% sure I did... I appreciate any VJ'ers help on this one.

1. There was nothing inaccurate in what I posted.

2. There was no slander in what I posted. Matter of fact, slander is spoken word. Try saying libel next time. Not that it would have been correct anyway.

Go to USICS Case Status Online and register for a customer account if you haven't already.

Ken, go to the front page of the USCIS site.

On the right hand side at the bottom put in your case number where it says Help With: Check Case Status.

When the next screen pops up, look on the left side at the bottom where it says Login. You can take it from there.

I read this thread every single day to keep me positive and also to pick up tips that might cut a day or two off this lengthy K-1 process... and it usually does just that

However....Usa groom I have found numerous instances where it is very difficult to work out what you are actually saying or why you would say something like that... You can really come off quite rude even if wasnt your intention.

Whatever way you look at it....comparing Jauque's, minnew's and your own timeline was rude. Everyone is on the same boat in here and its not up to you to tell people what they can and cant complain about regarding their own personal k-1 case.

I have read through all the posts and I dont think anyone was picking on you either.... Just because someone doesent agree with something you are saying it does not mean you have to get so defensive.

Sorry if you think I am sticking my nose in but it is demoralizing reading these negative, unproductive comments every few days.

What they said. You may have indeed already made an account, they only email you if they update the status online, not if they touch it - just so you know. I hope you are one of the lucky ones who actually gets an email about it

Please do stop (as well as in general to all). Bickering like this is not productive and I also do not want to have to enforce it with admin actions when the community (IMO) can self moderate them self better and more effectively. Thank you.

Im not arguing with you usagroom and I definitley didnt directly insult you as you said in your post.... Im just telling you how your comments are perceived. I genuinely dont think you mean to offend people but you do...... and I was letting you know what I thought and have thought for a while.

As for showing you where you said anything about them not complaining....You said "And you two are complaining about the wait????" after you compared the three timelines. You also said this was an observance and technically you are right but there was also a suggestive undertone that they shouldnt be complaining because your timeline will not match or better theirs....

Its true, captain Ewok asked the thread to stop arguing. However, Im just giving my honest opinion. If anyone disagrees then thats ok and I respect that

Once you sign in, put a checkmark in the box under "Select", then hit the "email on" button. The Email column should show "Y".

Lol I hear you, I know Kim from the March group is going crazy too with all these people getting approved before her. Hopefully we hear more approvals next week, for the sake of everyones sanity

Anyone else who has received their NOA2 not received an email yet? On USCIS it also says that the case is still pending yet we have the hardcopy saying otherwise?
