TRENTON -- When Mayor Douglas Palmer saw the city's latest unemployment figure, he literally couldn't believe his eyes.

The unemployment rate hit 17.5 percent in January, soaring from 12 percent a year earlier. More than 3,000 residents entered the unemployment rolls in a city of 83,000, Palmer said.

"How could 3,000 people in Trenton lose their jobs?" he said. "The city only laid off 29 people. The state didn't lay off anybody, the county didn't lay off anybody, the schools haven't laid anybody off yet."

So who's going to tell Mayor Palmer that private enterprise still exists?

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

That's OK. He'll just jack up the taxes to make up for his budget shortfall from declining revenue from the private sector and the unemployed.

Problem solved!

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

He can come here and be our mayor. I bet he's be a step up. Our mayor wanted to move all the deaf people to the airport and kicked out the national guard from doing training in our downtown area. He's special, they could be friends

0h Lawd have mercy.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
