so, i'm putting together our file and realize that i have alot of evidence but my problem is how should i assemble this?

they're all photo copies and i've highlighted dates but some are bus tickets and whatnot. should i write a description directly on the photocopies? or stick post-its?

i just want it to look cleanand professional and as easy to read as possible.

any insight would be appreciated

thanks

Evidence of having met one time in the last two years? You need special packaging?

Here is what I did

"returning from trip to Ukraine on Sept 19, 2007 I had a layover in Prague, CZ. I met Alla while waiting in line to buy bus tickets to the city"

Attached ONE photo, copies of passport stamps and boarding passes. I organized it on three sheets of paper, paper clipped together and the photo in a plastic ziplock bag.

two sided paper you make photo copy of staple that together , use paper for your notes , and attach that to your paper . Have all the documents to send uscis in the order they happened , like by date but with the petition on top . You should connected every document together , just like a puzzle so it will make more since to the adjuster in uscis working on your case ( so it wont just be a gumbled mess ). By using a seperate piece of paper . This is what i did in our petition

I had a bunch of small receipts from when Alla and I met last month in Kiev. What I did was to scan them in as a photo file and then inserted that into a blank Word document. On the top of the page was a short description, such as "Receipts from Grocery Markets in Kiev, dates 2/14/09 - 0/24/09", or "Receipts from Ukraine currency exchanges, dates 2/17/09 - 2/20/09, note currency exchanged was USD to UAH".

Then I printed these out and inserted them into my Proof of Meeting section of our K-1 petition.

For the copy I made that I will send to Alla for the interview, I inserted the actual receipts into a sealable bag and stapled it into the photo of the corresponding page. This was she will have an exact copy of the papers I sent but also the original receipts for the interview.

My fiance and I had met 4 times - what I did for each time was the cover page is the actual picture taped on a sheet of paper in a protective sheet cover and labeled underneath with the date and location of the photo. I also included various other evidence, such as Passport Stamps and Boarding Passe Copies & Luggage Tags & Receipts. All of those are copied & inserted behind the initial picture document. Then I included an envelop for each of the times that we met..... with extra photos that we took together.

In addition, we had video that we took together while taking tours, I included them on a CD and attached that in the very end.

Basically I had 4 stacks of proof of having met in person, each organized by each time we met. It went really well for me. Our NOA 2 was approved in 30 days.

John and I taped our receipts (his and mine on separate sheets) to 1-2 sheets of paper and made photocopies, then highlighted the dates and locales, and signed each page at the bottom. We just didn't want the person looking at our file to have to go through stacks of paper.
