CASE COMPLETE!!!

Now the question is, how could we ask NVC to send the files before our K3 interview? The operator told my husbie to explain and call DOS instead..

What shall we do???

I think they just put it in the system because I only called about an hour ago and it wasn't there. YES--- I have been a thorn in their side today !

she told me they will probably send it to the embassy within 72 hours since they don't process anything for the K-3 in that office WOOO FREAKIN HOOOOOOOO

Yup, have they assigned the case number? It should go out to the embassy in the next couple of days, you will probably get a couple of letters from NVC saying they sent out case to the consulate.

Yup, have they assigned the case number? It should go out to the embassy in the next couple of days, you will probably get a couple of letters from NVC saying they sent out case to the consulate.

Yeppers. It has a beautiful case #.

I am not telling my husband about this because it will only jinx the whole thing !! I'll let him call me to tell me the embassy called him to pick up packet 3.

I hope this is a downhill ride from here on out. I am so stressed out !!!

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.
