I am sure I missed something.

I am a K1, or rather I WAS.

If we include IRS Tax transcripts instead of photocopies we dont have to send in W2's or form 1099 right? Also it says to prove proof of my Husbands job, does this mean a letter stating his hours and salary from his workplace like the I-129F, or are his Wage slips okay? or both?

Yeah, proof of Bonifide marriage isnt needed until the interview.

Minya's wife, the I-864 requires proof of Income , in my case my husbands. Thanks for spotting that mistake the programme I was using to type up the list kept duplicating my what I was typing.

Thankyou all, the vaccination part has been one of the most confusing for us.

Nich as usual you have yet again saved me and my husband a lot of future troubles in this process, we are going to send his tax return for 2008 with his W2 for that year, we will send 07 & 06 to but we dont have the W's for those  .

The 'Statement of circumstances that warrant issuance of advance parole' I'm guessing I would just write I came on a K1, got married within 90 days, do I write I would like to travel to visit my family during the AOS process?

Cheers ^-^

As far as I know if you provide IRS transcript you don't need to send tax returns and W2s.. I need to chek again if my hubby had W2s as well.. Good luck!

A couple of comments on various posts.

An IRS transcript is complete on it's own. Fax the form in to get 3 years at a time free and get in a week or have them fax to you by calling in.

A tax return needs all the pages, schedules, and photocopies of W2s to be complete.

Nico--I would order transcripts for 06 and 07. This is the form. http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506t.pdf Get the fax numbers on the last page depending on state where you live. Or call it in at 1-800-829-1040.

The three applications AOS/EAD/AP go their separate ways for processing once they are received. So that's why each needs their own stated documents accompanying them. So you end up with duplicates. Ex: 2 photos x three applications = 6 photos; passport copies x 3applications. Because they end up separated to various places, I used 3 giant paperclips to hold each application and supporting evidence separate from the others.

The I-131 statement (ours, so make one to fit yourselves):

I-131, Application for Travel Document, Part 7

Statement of circumstances that warrant issuance of advance parole

I wish to apply for advance parole and obtain the necessary permission to travel to my home country prior to receipt of permanent residency status in the event of emergency or family illness. I also have a house for sale in the United Kingdom and will need to return there to complete the sale. I do not have any specific plans to travel at this time.

And yes a translation of a birth ceritiicate if not in English as noted in sardes list.
