I had similiar problems when i filed my husbands AOS, it asked for 3 yrs of IRS income tax returns and i only have 2 because 3 yrs ago, i didnt make enough. So i just gave what i had, and of course showed proof of assets and i also had 2 co-sponsers just in case. I heard of another girl that showed proof that she was in college, she got a letter/certificate from her college stating that she was enrolled full time, maybe you can print something out/show proof that you are not allowed to work while going to college. Just show the most info that you can, and since you cant prove that much as far as income, i would recommend getting some co-sponsers.

Sorry about the late reply on your other top. For her work history I just put some part time jobs she had done in the past and nothing else. I would just put that your a student and nothing else. But I am sure when you include a copy of your student card with the other documents the officer will know that you are a student and that most students don't work. You don't need a co sponsor. It's not possible to add documents outside of an rfe or the first submission of an I-129f. Even adding files at the nvc stage is risky since some ppl are there for two days. Just add it all now and you will be sure of it going with the orginal forms ect until your visa is approved. (the info the other ppl gave you doesn't apply to you because your not the U.S. citizen. They thought you were) So just throw in your student id card/visa along with "student" in the work history and you will be fine)

You don't have to, if you want to put more info in just to make it more "safe" you can go ahead but it is by no means required. I would just include a copy of your study permit and everything else you said. Good luck

If your not the US citizen they dont care if you work or not .... The US citizen has to prove they can support you, if they do not earn over the 125% poverty line then they will need to find a co-sponsor ...

It's true, they wont mind if you don't work. But in filling out the G-325A you still need to put down student as you have stated because it does ask for that! Sorry, just don't want anyone to get confused here!

Yup, Off Cause ... Im not working at the moment (Im the Beneficiary) and in that section I filled in that I was a volunteer receptionist (Salvation Army Relief Centre) and filled in the details as if I was employed ... Ive been part of the organisation for 4 yrs so I felt that it was acceptable even thou I am not getting paid ...
