Looks good to go. I couldn't tell if anything is mis-spelled, left blank, etc. You have included more than needed but what the heck, it looks like you got it together so who am I to tell you what to take out? Let them decide what they don't need, the whole thing will be forwarded to the consulate anyway.

Good luck

do i have to include the benificary passport photo copy with the i-129F?

In general, no but in this case it's being used as part of the evidence of meeting. My correction to this letter would be to put the copies of passport pages in the list of evidence of having met. In this case the multiple visits evidenced in both passports go to both meeting and ongoing relationship evidence but the ongoing relationship evidence is not required with the petition.

I like that you put the passport pictures near the front. It's a nice touch. Good idea.

The guides do not list the requirement of the birth certificate of the Beneficiary.

Did you all include that with your applications?

Mine is sending me hers just in case.

Beneficiary BC is not required at this stage. USCIS is confirming the citizenship of the USC only. The beneficiary will need their BC for the interview though.

Just because this is a pet peeve of mine, yes the beneficiary's birth certificate is required with the application, the "visa application" not the petition. Visa applications are used at the interview stage for K visas and at the NVC stage for immigrant visas. Please stop interchanging the terms "application" and "petition". Saves a lot of confusion.

thanks a lot for the replies. I know that some of the stuff i included is not "required" such as proof of ongoing relationship and whatnot.. i just went a little overboard. Anyway I sent it in through USPS Priority which will require a signature.. now i guess ill just pray and start preparing for the "packet" 3.....

Im sure i have said this before but all you people who make up this forum are a godsend and I would be completely lost without VJ. Thanks!

I agree. I wish I would have done this with mine. It looks better, I think.

I got a letter of consent from the parents of my fiancee and my fiancee herself wrote a letter of intent except when i went over it, it didnt really say the words "I intend to marry so and so"

does it have to say that?

It must convey that intention. It is to be a letter of intent to marry a specific person within 90 days of entering the USA.

Not to be difficult, but you're not going to get an RFE for submitting too much. If they don't require it, then you don't need to include it.
