NОА1 он тhе 13тh... and RFE just now?... wow... that means they do not work on the case daily... it is just that backlogged.. it would take 10 minutes.. to look over the sent paperwork.. and maybe an hour to look up SS numbers of petitioners.. Wonder what is happening the rest of the 5 month

that to me is like a joke or they got confused. Seems like have fun confusing us all, so every once in a while they pull out a recently sent petition and approve it. who knows....time for some more approvals though. been 3 weeks tomorrow since the first marchies got their approval. keep moving csc (and vsc of course)

Just popped in to say that I KNOW how frustrating the wait and being kept in the dark can be! But hang on. The wait is a small price to pay to be with your loved one. Easy for me to say, I know...except that I have been where you are now! And I wish you all a very speedy processing.

How do you know when NVC receives your paperwork? Do they email you or you find out through the mail? According to my NOA2 notice, it says it 2-4 weeks for NVC to process the petition.

I called them about a week after my NOA2, NOA2 was on a Monday, I called Friday and they didnt have it yet, called back Monday the 15 and they told me it was entered on the Friday. if I were you I would call NVC tomorrow or Wednesday. They will tell you if they have received it yet (if the verify info, they have received it) and they will also tell you if it has been passed on to the consulate yet. If they haven't received it, call back the next day. If they have but it hasn't been sent out, call back 2 days later. The people at NVC are really nice and super helpful :D

I called back on the 16th again because I was impatient and they told me it was being forwarded that day (which really means they are sending it out the next day). I emailed my consulate on the 26th and was told they had received it on the 18th (which I already knew from DHS tracking it) and sent out my P3 on the 23rd....Now to wait for it in the mail!
