Hello Everyone, I justed wanted to let everyone know that my I-130 was finally approved by Vermont Service Center. :dance::dance::dance:

03/03/2009 - Case transfered to CSC

09/11/2008 - Biometrics appointment

08/11/2008 - 1 Year Extention Letter

08/05/2008 - Sent package to VSC

10-31-2006 US Entry

10-26-2006 Interview Date - Visa Issued

09-05-2006 NVC received DS-230

09-01-2006 Overnight DS-230 to NVC

08-29-2006 Received DS-230 Part I from NVC

08-25-2006 AOS Approved - NVC sent out DS-230 Again (Check list letter)

08-14-2006 Visa Application/Alein Registration form (DS-230 Patr I)Mailed by NVC - LOST IN Mail!!!!!

Hello Everyone, I justed wanted to let everyone know that my I-130 was finally approved by Vermont Service Center. :dance::dance::dance:

Congratulations! Now, please prepare yourself for NVC process. Please read the time savers and start gathering forms, tax transcripts, etc.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
