VJ family, can someone please advise me on what is going on. I sent my 129F on 05-26-06 and it was recieved on 05-30-06 at Texas center. I found out my check was cashed 2 days ago ( 06-12-06 ) which i was extremely happy about. The only thing missing is my NOA 1!!! Any advise will be appreciated.

NOA1 - 06-08-2006

Rfe recieved - 06-30-2006

rfe sent - 06-30-2006

NOA2 - 07-31-2006

NVC received - 08-03-2006

NOA2 recieved in the mail: 08-04-2006

NVC sent : 08-04-2006

NVC letter recieved: 08-10-2006

Embassy confirmed: 08-11-2006

interview date: 11-09-2006

Visa approved : 11-09-2006

Visa recieved : 11-15-200

09/26/06 - received at NVC

09/27/06 - forwarded to consulate

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!

Hopefully, you will hear from them soon. I sent in my I129F on 5/25/06 and it was received by Vermont the next day. I just got the NOA1 today, so it seems as if the service centers are moving again especially with the media attention recently. Hang in there it won't be long :D

Ours was also submitted May 25 (via a lawyer), and as of yesterday she still had not recieved anything. So I am hoping like you today or tomorrow we hear.

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

January 2005 Met on my last day of vacation in Colombia spent the morning talking and said goodbye

Talked on the phone a lot and I asked if I could come see her in July

July 2005 10 day visit Manizales, Colombia-Proposed

Can not get married until she finishes her degree which Paula believes she receives in September 2006

October 2005 6 day visit at a Physics Congress in Barranquilla, Colombia

Dec 2005 to Jan 2006 29 days in Manizales, Colombia

February 2006 Laid off

April 23rd 2006 back to work

Hi Tracy,

If your check has been cashed you can get your reciept number at the back of the check. It starts with "wac". And you can check your status at uscis.gov. I just checked mine. thanks for the reply anyways, good luck on your case.

The cheque was sent to the lawyer and I believe she submitted a cheque from her office, and when I emailed her yesterday she still had nothing to report yet.

She is going to forward the information as soo as she gets it, she better ha ha. I also asked her about the new form, she said she would forward it as soon as she recieves that too, so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Give it a few more days - it usually takes 2 full weeks. It will be an envelope from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Inside will be a receipt notice with your case number, etc. Hang on - it will come!

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer
