VJ family, can someone please advise me on what is going on. I sent my 129F on 05-26-06 and it was recieved on 05-30-06 at Texas center. I found out my check was cashed 2 days ago ( 06-12-06 ) which i was extremely happy about. The only thing missing is my NOA 1!!! Any advise will be appreciated.

I live about a 4 hour drive from the VT office I recieved NAO1 two days after check was chashed. Be cool you will probably have it tomorrow. Gotta have patiece man its 2 days out of what looks like to be 130 or so more days

K-1 visa timeline

May 23 06 Submitted I-129F to Vermont

June 19 06 Touched, States RFE mailed

June 23 06 Received I-129F RFE

June 24 06 Sent I-129F RFE

Nov 06 06 INTERVIEW

Nov 06 06 APPROVED

Nov 08 06 Visa in hand

Nov 17 06 to the U.S.

Feb 27 '07 Bio appointment letter received

May 19 '07 got appointment letter for 2nd Biometrics???

May 25' 07 received RFE for I-693 and immunization supplement...UUugggghh

Jun 1 '07 2nd biometrics appt.

June 9 '07 sent RFE back via USPS priority mail

June 12 '07 RFE received at Laguna Niguel

June 22 '07 received email saying CSC got our RFE and processing resumed on our case

July 7 '07another RFE for TB skin test

July 11 '07 sent RFE back

July 20 '07 case processing resumed per email from CRIS

July 24 '07 Email from CRIS...card production ordered!!

July 25 '07 received email saying letter welcoming new permanent resident was mailed

July 30 '07 GC in hand

You know it Taye, all the way for the good guys, but if Carolina wins well at least 80% of the players are Canadian.

Darn 1 -1 now

The actual percentage of canadian hockey players in the NHL is 53.7 for the 2005-2006 season.

I was meaning that the Hurricanes have a higher % of Canadian players, I believe there are 17 of them.

And who cares cause the Oiler won, and as Ron said "You may run out of gas but you don't run out f oil" :thumbs:

06/01/07 - Green card arrived in mail

Removing Conditions

03/02/09 - Mailed I-751 package (CSC)

03/06/09 - Check cashed

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

I know it all used to be faster but now with the new IMBRA law it seems to have slowed things up. I am going to hope my Wedding date of December 31 will stay on track but truthfully I don't hold out a lot of hope looking at the number of applications out there right now. But I will keep a positive attitude and hope, and I am sure you will too.
