Faris Ali Gillani was born on Sunday, January 24th 2010 at 11:46am!!! The doctors decided to induce me when they saw that my placenta was looking too aged. All in all the first part of labor was kind of miserable cause it was taking so long and I wasn't dilating well, but it simply felt like menstrual cramps so the pain wasn't so bad. But it sped up out of nowhere going from 1cm to 9cm's in half an hour and exactly an hour afterwards my beautiful baby boy was born!!!

....g2g now though. Will be logging on next whenever I get a breathing moment to do so...lol.

Gosh, I'm having one of those moments where it seems like just yesterday that we all filed and now here we are about a year later and Mumtaz has already had her baby. During those moments when it seems like the process will never be over, it's hard to imagine how fast time will actually fly. Okay, I'm getting deep. Could be the impending 40th birthday next month, but I'll just say it's because I'm tired and need to go to bed.

The email said that I have to mail my passport to the consulate and that they are sending me a letter in the mail about it.

I am waiting to see what that letter says before I send it off.

I am so excited and can not wait for my move!

Dear FFFF's... it's been a long long time since I haven't visited VJ, maternity reasons Hope everyone is doing great, and from all Feb Filers 09 everyone is in USA at this time now

Jan 24th was my due date, I never made it

I went to the hospital on Jan 30th Sat just for a non-stress test and they made me stay as they had to induce me due to low level of water inside... and finally on Mon night Dennis Aleksander was born

Came back to make sure the thread doesn't get locked or whatever.

The 2 yr period will be there sooner than we think, so we will hopefully be meeting here again and guiding each other through the process.

Can't believe it has been 8 months since POE, and before we know it it will be the 2 year mark and the lovely process of dealing with NVC will start all over again.

Yeh...I was missing the thread like mad for a while now. I've been waiting for someone...anyone...to bring our beloved thread back to life! Thank you vareska sweety....you made my day.

I know though...honestly it's already been 8 months now.....wowwww! I was trying to study up on the upcoming AOS procedure a few days back and realized that I'd completely forgotten EVERYTHING. lol. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one thinking along those (adjustment of status coming up) lines.

I hope we can motivate some of the girls to come back and be relatively active once more on here....keep the thread alive girls!
