11-05-09------ Biometrics Appointment Notice received

11-16-09------ Received NOA1 for AOS, EAD,AP

11-20-09------ AOS , EAD touched

12-09-09------ AP Approved

12-09-09------ EAD Card Production Ordered

cONGRATULATIONS to both Hotguy and aspantonic , it looks like that Vermont finally started to pick up the pace, I've seen quite a few amount of approvals during the last two working days, these are really good news for all August/september filers....our time is coming soon....

October 17, 2011-- sent packet to VSC

October 19, 2011 -- Packet received

October 24, 2011-- Check Cashed

October 27, 2011-- NOA received

December 07, 2011-- Biometrics

July 16, 2012-- card production

We've been waiting too..WE got our NOA1 august 28,2008 but we got problem about filling fee..we took care of it and check the USCIS and it says they got the corrected fee but the date change its written there Sept 26,2008 :angry: so we dnt know if we still going to start waiting the first time we got NOA1 which is august 28,2008 or september 26,2008 when they got the corrected fee....really confuse about this...but anyways still i know we have to wait.i just hope eventhough i am losing hopes sometimes about this....

GOODLUCK to us hopefully well get to hear from them this coming feb..... :whistle::star:

VSC started to work on some september files, so hopefully we will be getting our NOA2 soon, i'm aiming within the n\next two weeks...
