I've read that espresso actually has less caffeine than regular coffee. Here is some info I found on the 'net:

"A cup of drip brewed coffee has about 115 milligrams of caffeine, an espresso (and percolated coffee) about 80mg, while instant coffee has about 65mg of caffeine. Decaffeinated coffee is not totally caffeine free, containing about 3mg of caffeine. A can of Coca-Cola has about 23mg of caffeine, Pepsi Cola 25mg, Mountain Dew 37mg, and TAB 31mg. Tea has about 40mg of caffeine, while an ounce of chocolate contains about 20mg."

So really, it looks like the espresso and regular coffee have close to the same amount of caffeine. From what I've read, espresso seems to pack a stronger punch because you are drinking the caffeine in a more concentrated dose (and obviously getting it quicker than in a regular sized cup of coffee). My favorite from Starbucks is a Latte with whipped cream on top. Mmmmm.....

Maui? oh man...I'm jealous!

I'm expecting a 'Snow Event' tommorrow.

Couch to 5K training has begun in earnest. I made a resolution. On Sunday, June 7th, I will run a 5K with the bosses daughter. Now, understand this, I can't currently run from here to the stop sign. So, stay tuned to see how this goes. I am not a quitter--I play to win. omg what have i done? :P (now accepting any and all advice from runners--what to wear, what to eat...)

Are we getting snow tomorrow?

Yes you are getting the snow I had yesterday.
