Hi all. Been awhile. So much stress going on in my household the last week and then yesterday my sister informed me that my grandmother passed away yesterday morning. I was getting ready to make the trip to Oregon to help out and be with family when my mom called and told me that my dad & his brother decided not to have a funeral service or memorial at all. My uncle is having her cremated today and then he and his wife are spreading her ashes at a park tomorrow, my dad and mom won't even be there. I'm so hurt and upset & feel left out. Mom says we must respect their decison - that's just the way they do things.

That's just their way, not much I can do, it's their mom.
