September 20, 2005: K-1 Interview in London. Visa received shortly thereafter.

AOS

December 30, 2005: I-485 received by USCIS

May 5, 2006: Interview at Phoenix district office. Approval pending FBI background check clearance. AOS finally approved almost two years later: February 14, 2008.

Received 10-year green card February 28, 2008

Thanks, everybody. :)

We got home about two hours ago. Emmy so far is much easier to deal with than Michael was. We think it's cause she only had to endure 7 hours of labor; for Michael it was 20+! She's breast feeding pretty well, she falls asleep easily, and her crying is minimal.

We gave Michael a better introduction to his sister, he even gave her a kiss! We're so very lucky and super blessed.

Merry Christmas everybody! VJ people are the best!
