Re-order for first cookbooks

The current order is going to be on hold temporarily because we have had to go house shopping and are waiting to close on the home we chose. The estimated date of closing is at the end of January so I'm guestimating that I'll be accepting orders sometime in Mid-February to early March. I just wanna make sure our household is taken care of before I take on a big job like this again.

If you all want to tell your friends/family/whoever else lol...and see if we can get 50 orders, that would be AWESOME coz then the cost + shipping should be covered without me paying too much out of pocket lol.

Thanks everybody for all the wonderful feedback on the books. It really warms my heart to hear that you all liked them so well!!!!! It made it all very well worth it!!!

Laura, yours is on it's way. I hope it reaches you safely. :)

Got mine Saturdayand it looks awesome! Only drawback is now hubby says I have to cook more. :P Great job Amal!

LMAOOOO it was my evil plan from the beginning to make aymerlu have to cook more muwahahahaha :whistle: hehehe I'm glad you like it though

went to the arab/indian store and got some of the "different" spices and flours.... i am trying to lose weight... but gotta try these recipes :)

Eating these foods whilst in the midst of losing weight is not necessarily a bad thing. A lot of them are megga veggies with a little bit of meat....

Noura and I were talking about making another one like..."sultan's kitchen, light and tasty" so we could have the chefs of the group sift thru the recipes and see how many calories and fat they can remove while leaving them tasty and filling .......

That is a great idea/experiment that I would love to participate in!

Just wanted to plug the book. I forgot to post this earlier, but it's great! I love it. I actually curl up with it and read through it. But then again, I do that with books...lol. Even travel books. I sit and cozy up and read them like they were novels! :P

But Amal, great job! Thanks again
