Anyone out there have any suggestions as to why it would all of a sudden stop loading on my pc at home, it always comes up Internet Explorer cannot display webpage.

I don't think the virus is the problem as I never saw anything like that and certainly wouldnt have downloaded anything without checking it out first.

Also I have McAffe and Stopzilla so I would have thought I was protected.

Any other ideas. I can access my page from another PC so I doubt its my page either.

"They" are saying 100 million may be effected, so it may be shut down temporarily.

what program you using to view this with? ie, firefox, etc?

I think the OP said he's using IE.

I was able to get in just fine now...I'm using Firefox

I am using Internet Explorer, the same as I use at work. I can access from work but not at home but only since last weekend or so, thats why I figured it was maybe something on my PC at home.

I have had my husband check the ad-ons etc as he thought it may have been that....but I don't really know what to look for either.

I used to have a lot of problems with explorer, it would crash constantly, stop loading the net and even disapear and close itself, i used to think it was my networks problem, then i changed to firefox and had virtually no probs what-so-ever,

that said though i'm using firefox and just now it wouldnt load facebook. i tried to open it on the dot to dot game, from a book mark in firefox, it was saying it was blocked and it might be cos some facebook cookies are being blocked. so after two refreshes, i typed the basic facebook.com in and it loaded the home screen almost instantly, and i've had the problem page with the game up too, i dont know why it just did that. but maybe you have blocked its cookies some how unbeknowingly.
