Reminds me of the great (tongue in cheek) song from Spinal Tap:

Yeah!

I'm living in a hell hole

Don't want to stay in this hell hole

Don't want to die in this hell hole

Girl get me out of this hell hole

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1b_wdRsnoog

Good luck to everyone getting out of this Hell Hole and congratulations to the couples that have already made it out.

:dance:MY PEOPLE!!

Called the NVC just now:

"Your case has been forwarded to the Embassy"

I don't know whether to laugh or cry!!:crying::lol:

t2023.gif

Congratulation!!!!!!!!!

...now for the rest of us in AP.

The trick:

When you call NVC, and go above the "human robots", giving you the same answer, try to talk with an supervisor. When you speak with that supervisor be NICE!!!!!!! then IF and only IF you get an answer like " call us back in next week Tuesday for more information in your case (as i got today)" then you should know in that second that your case will be forwarded to the consular section in that day, and you'll be out from AP. By the NVC Internal Policy (this is just a theory that make sense to me), they can't tell you a time frame or that the case WILL (notice future term???) be forwarded to your embassy ONLY IF it's the present term or past. See what I see?? Present-Past Info = they tell youl; FUTURE = NOT tell you nothing specific?? BUT the supervisor can tell you that we WILL give you more information AT THAT TIME IF in they system shows when you will be out from AP.

So now, knowing that.. here is the "CRACK" for it.

MAKE SURE THAT YOU ASK THE NVC SUPERVISOR, THEN WHEN HE/SHE/THEY CAN GIVE YOU MORE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CASE!

If you get an answer: We can't tell you while is in AP .. well ques what IT"S TRUE!

If you get an answer: Call us back on X day for more info about your case .. Oh boy... U R a WINNER.

I hope you out there in AP will found this useful.

HUH... Tuesday i'm out from AP (i'm 99.99% sure) <<-- Like the weather prediction :) Got the clue - got the weather channel.

Thanks for the good thoughts. I am okay so far, just aggravated. Everyone keep your fingers crossed that they use this time to make sure we get sent to Brazzaville and NOT Copenhagen!

It's good advice. When we started this thread the end of last year hardly any K1's were ever in AP. We didn't know what the heck was going on, and they would not say what was going on, so we were a pretty stressed out little group. We didn't know at that stage if we were looking at denial down the track.

Anything we found out, or stumbled over, or ever managed to get out of the phone drones at NVC..well it's posted in this thread. I know it's a lot of reading..but I still think it's a useful resource.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Looking at the today's economy, i would say that they lost some workforce in the NVC. Of course that's classified information..:)

STUCK @ NVC for AP its been 3 months since my NOA2....

What? 3 months, you could of completed NVC with your CR1. You might want to consider doing that, I was in AP with K3 for 37 days, while in AP I completed my CR-1 at NVC in 28 days, both cases were completed the same day!! Plus I have a interview date for the CR-1 already, AND no word from embassy on the K3 yet for packet 3.

Think about it, and follow CR1, AP has not time limits being stuck in hell.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
