OMG...yeah....from everything I've read in magazines, seen on TV,etc etc..no personal experience with either "types" (cough) but YES, they can and do act every bit as bad. Ever heard of any IL kids getting wasted every other night of the week and starting #######, committing rape,etc etc etc??? Happens allllllllll the time, sorry! M.

People are PEOPLE...doesn't matter where they come from..some good, some bad. Seriously....gawd.

I had horrible neighbors in a twin house I used to live in. I would always go over there, like you, and complain face to face. When I finally had enough of it and called the cops, they didn't even know it was me because I had the "balls" to go over there and tell them to their faces that it was too loud/annoying.

I finally moved, but I did alternate between telling them face to face, then calling the cops the next time. They never caught on that it was me calling.

I think sales has a lot to do with that. I have worked in a number of companies were the sales team are full of themselves and earn good money for talking sh-t..

To me personally it's a matter of respect. If I moved to China I would repsect the people and the culture and not try to turn it into my own little-Australia. If my kids got smart or out of line I would straighten then up quick smart.

Problem within modern day kids in the US is that it is now cool to be a ghetto kind of kid. it's cool to cause trouble or break the law. It's cool to tell any adult to get f---k-d. It's cool to damage public property.

So true Tracy...hubster use to teach boys in the UK who had been bounced out of every other institution because of bad behavior and they were a downright nasty bunch. They had no problem telling him to f%ck off, slash his tires at school, throw things at him, and trying to break up a fight between a couple of those hooligans was not any fun. Of course they weren't all bad, but the point is it's not just a U.S. problem or one associated with any race... *goes back to corner to finish popcorn*
