My receipt date on my NOA1 is March 14th........crikey thats tough.

I can only imagine how it must feel for people with a receipt date of march 7th or 8th or something!!

Im trying to remember what i was doing for the week BEFORE I sent in my petition.

I made an appointment for Feb 21st with an International Institute in Lawrence Massachusetts which helped me get some of the paperwork together and provided me with the G325. At the time the Institute was my only help, it would still be weeks before Id find VJ. Hmmm, There were a few delays with some of the paperwork like birth certificate and passport. Also I was waiting for quite a while for snail mail to arrive with my fiances papers and things. Certainly none of it is her fault, she did a really good job in collecting all of her information. I was really proud of her in how she packaged everything up and wrote me a few letters and.......I love her very much. Man....actually I think I may have actually sent out my petition ON March 6th...I still may have the receipt from the post office, Ill try to find it...cant wait to see my sweetheart....

i think this is the worste just looking through people's timeline's.

someone who replied to a post of mine. I really feel for this couple.

i think i beat you by a couple of days, i sent mine in thru csc march 9 and it was stated in the NOA1 that the petition was received march 10th... i guess at this point it doesnt matter, we are all on hold ... ayayay...

My NOA1 is March 13th. I know exactly what you mean though, I keep thinking, "What if my fiance would have just sent me his paperwork ONE WEEK SOONER?!?!"

Thanx for noticing, after the initial shock and chest pains....I calmed down, but i was really mad with myself, and my mom warned me about rushing everything too!!! Oh well you cant turn back the time

17 days. And the worst part is, I was in Mexico with my fiance for one month, starting Feb. 28. We decided to relax and take a vacation and tackle the paperwork when we came back. Then we had problems with getting pictures the right sizes and decent copies. Then the Fed Ex office was closed due to a national holiday. We finally sent it March 22. I don't think I have every felt this distraught in my entire life.
