work it out with who her ? ur funny after wut she did i hate her more than i loved her 100000000000 times i dont wanna see her face nomore i want top go home thats it but befor i go home i have to take her bf to jail for wut he did thats it
I'm surprised no one has brought this profile up. Looks to me like the story has some basis in legitimacy.

Dude, your choices are to change her mind (seems unlikely given the rest of your story) or go home within 90 days. Frankly, after the story you tell I'd be surprised if you wanted to try to work it out with her.

Well if you want to go home like you say you do why don't you do what everyone else has suggested instead of prolonging it? Stop attacking everyone else and concentrate on looking after yourself.

Soooo... you've filed a police report then? Gave them all the information they need such as the motel employees that apparently witnessed the events? If you hate her 100000000000 times more than you loved her, do her a favor and let her stay with her nut job boyfriend, someone crazy enough to stick a gun in your face is probably a wonderful boyfriend who treats her like a princess...

There is definitely some process in place for dealing with crimes that happen to people who are visitting foreign countries, for USC's the process goes like this, report the crime to the local police, contact the nearest US Embassy, the US Embassy knows how to deal with the oddball situations that may occur while in another country with different laws than your home country, and can advise you about what to do next... obviously you need to contact your own countries embassy but they will provide the same important services, they'll help you find a lawyer if you need one, get the medical attention you might need (which you apparently don't) and help outline the legal process for dealing with your situation which you do need.

I have another question now, why do you only quote/respond to the posts that are negative and imply you are a troll or scammer, and apparently ignore the actual advice? I'd just like to point out that this particular behavior only makes sense from a trolling point of view.

I doubt very seriously that this is a real case.

I mean, come ON!

We all have our issues with our spouses. I for one have gotten pissed at my hubby and posted about how to CANCEL the whole damn thing :ranting: ,...then a few days later get some news about the case and I'm on here all gushed up and happy :goofy: . Crazy emotions are the norm when it comes to being away from your spouse for any length of time. It is irrational and we all KNOW IT! We all have our moments... if not days.

But this case smacks of fantasy.

Who in the world would go through the MOUNDS of paperwork that USCIS makes us do, then endure the waiting (while stalking that online case update system :clock: ), thennnn to finally get to NVC only to hurry up and wait some more?? Oh, and don't forget the turmoil of wondering if your SO is even going to get approved in the first place at their embassy.

THAT is what WE VJer's go through daily. So I am hard pressed to believe that someone who went through this is gonna just leave their loved one (even if they don't love'em anymore) at some airport and hop on the next bus of a boyfriend/girlfriend.

Sorry for the run on...but ....I must be just dense cuz I'm not fallin for this one.

OP has been given great advice many times. Sometimes harshly, sometimes sympathetically, but still good accurate advice.

1. Regarding the assault by BF...you mentioned the motel owners were possibly immigrants...they probably won't want to be a witness for you. Not that it's right, but that's the way it works in small towns in the South.

2. Regarding the assault, you should have reported it while you were there. Reporting it on your way out, and from another state, is not going to do much. As another VJer said, you probably won't be here for the trial.

3. You can't marry anyone else in the US

4. If you don't marry your sponsor you have to leave within 90 days.

5. Your sponsor owes you nothing if they decide not to marry.

6. If you can't afford to return, your embassy or ICE will help you.

7. Stop regretting the time and money spent. Be grateful that you found out what kind of woman she is now,

and that it didn't cost you your life.
