Why would it be discrimination?

Yeah, there's a million things to complain about but I don't think discrimination is one of those with this process. It sounds like you're just under six months so it'll be tough to get Senator/Congressman involvement (maybe it's just mine but...) because you're still within processing times. Anyway, anything is worth a shot...Good luck!

But from your comments on your timeline, it looks as if they are working on your petition though. I mean I have never seen sooo many touches.

Do all the calls made result in a touch? That might explain the number.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Calls don't necessary result in a touch. However, it certainly does look that somebody is working on that petition, so hopefully it means an approval is coming any day now.

you should try not to call everyday, that could slow down the process, because if i was getting called by the same person everyday, i'll just put your petition on the side and work on it next time, because these are real people just like you and me and they do have feelings so if you annoy them, then you will be on the loosing end.

I don't believe discrimination is the issue here but I do recommend you contact your elected representative. Your wait for the approval does seem to be longer than normal so maybe the senator or congressman can find out why the process is taking so long for you.

Another thing to keep in mind is the fact that it was reported they have ways to slow down ur application if you do annoy the hell out of them.
