Are you for real?

As real as most masked gunmen in the ladies room. Happens every day.

God will protect her but her lawyer will do what?

If there's a history of racial abuse in that college - hiring a lawyer makes sense, esp. if the authorities have done nothing to address the problem.

Go to the head of the class, 6.

I wonder what sensible recommendations could be proposed to stop such incidents and prevent more lawsuits? Suggestions to improve campus security?

Do you ever bring anything sensible to the forum, or are you just a career troll? You're highly offensive and seem to get a kick out of pissing people off. Take that #### trollforums.com or something.

We don't know the culture over there, so maybe she needs a lawyer to fight the school for not having a tough disciplinary commitee for this type of behavior.

It would make sense. After all the assault case in Jena last year revealed a long history of racial tensions that led to the incident in question.

terrible and a hate crime..

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Thanks for sharing.

I thought you had some insight on the subject but my hopes were dashed as usual. Classrooms are places where teaching and learning take place but I guess neither of those functions happen in OT for you.

Kudos to those of you that placed your sympathies with the victim.

Only rational place to put symathies in this case.

No kidding Scott. You just have to wonder about people's priorities on some things. Or lots of things...

The college pres seemed pretty ticked off about the whole incident during the TV interview. It seemed like he was on the victim's side.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

 You know - I've been called arrogant before and I don't disagree that there is some truth to this, but you really take it to new levels.

You seem to be of the opinion that your posts are the most important thing in the thread, that any and everyone should be reading and taking notice of them, and that anyone who doesn't take the bait is somehow "not paying attention". Did they teach Conceit in during that "one year of law-school in the early 90's" or did you take graduate studies in assholishness?

Perhaps you should be the one to provide some "insight" - so far all you've done is sneer at the victim, pour scorn on apparent choice to hire a lawyer and throw out racial "Tawanna" stereotypes. Yes Alien - very insightful

I would certainly hope he is.
