Timeline

hi all,

i was just looking at igor time line and so many people forget to update their time lines it makes it almost impossible to see where you are. I am hoping some of those very early in year NOA1's must have NOA2 by now, even on their way to loved ones? so please please can you update.

thank you all

ellie

Timeline

I don't think those really old noa1 entries are still spending time at this site, if they were, they'd remember to update their timelines. I figure the top 50 is mostly people who have moved on and never came back... with maybe 3 or 4 of them being people who are receiving extra torture due to name checks or something. The good news is igor's does remove those who are outside of the USCIS processing times so the list is not likly to grow much as more inactive poeple fail to update.

when we were waiting, i must of made several lists of those who had been approved, and not updated because i would check all the profiles, and look at posts. some of them are still on there...

the habit got so bad i started dairyfarmer off too.

Timeline

no, I will not!

just kidding. I do like to peek at the timelines also.

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Ultimately, it doesn't matter one damn bit.

Cases will be completed when they're completed, and just because "Bob" filed when you did doesn't mean that Bob won't be married and working on the first kid by the time you get your NOA2. Don't rely on the timelines of others....it's a sure way to feel either despair or superiority.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

While this is true, the timelines do serve one very, very important function: they give people waiting the only sense of progress we have--it's the only gauge around to estimate how close we *might* be to approval. With that visible progress comes hope that we'll be permanently reunited with our loved ones soon. We can't underestimate how important that hope can be.

I hear ya!!!!!!!!

I have given up on going on the USCIS site twice a day and now am going on there twice a week, they will mail when the noa2 is done or we will get it in the post, worrying and checking it all the time does not change a thing.

However I do like to go on Igors list to see how many are approved, or an idea of how many depending on if the timeline is filled in

However I look forward to updating mine

Shaz wishing I was working on making kids right now ha ha ha ha

Hi, when you say update my timeline, let me know what else I should do...I'm pretty high on the VSC list as I haven't received my NOA2 yet. Nevertheless, since I haven't received it, there's nothing for me to update. But let me know if I need to update it some other way. Thanks.
