Big congratuations to you guys (even though you jumped out ahead of us. LOL) I don't do the updates, so don't thank me. That's Rosie I think and Kim. I just pass through wondering how the CSC transfers are progressing. We just kinda sit in the dark while everybody else gets worked up over interviews and what to take, so there's not much to post about. If they decide to interview us at this point, I'm in a heap 'o trouble because I don't have much to show. Can't think of one thing we have in both names. And I didn't even change my last name to his. They would surely be puzzled by us.

Aha! Beat you on that one. Nick got his SS card shortly after arriving and got his driver's license maybe a month ago.

At least you've gotten your AP/EAD. We've got nothing. Our I-485 was touched 3 days in a row 2 weeks ago -- so we thought maybe we'd hear something -- but nothing. Her AP hasn't moved since they got the application and her EAD just showed she had the biometrics done. Then the case got transferred and there's where we sit. We put in a service request --- but didn't hear anything about that even. Kinda blows the 3 month processing time out of the window! I'm glad for everyone who has gotten approved -- but this is getting ridiculous for us!

Yes, that part went pretty quickly. On the touches...3 in a row. We had the same thing. Feb. 13, 16, 17. I noticed there were alot of touches for people mid to late January and approval came about a month later, so I'm thinking they were pulling our box out of storage in February and scanning all the files that were moved and maybe by mid March something will happen on AOS.

The updates are a little different for everybody. We were transferred to CSC before biometrics and the only touches were for the transfer sent and then received. No touches after biometrics like almost everybody else reported. Then out of the blue, the emails for approval came for EAD and AOS in December. I don't check USCIS very often, but somebody posted getting touched (maybe you) so I checked and indeed we had gotten touched that day too. So I checked again for a couple of days and saw we got 3 in all. Maybe in two more weeks we'll get emails.

good luck to your interview!!!!

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)
