Can't we just take back their bonuses to help soften the blow of the $700 billion on the rest of us... i mean, really.... i'm not saying take away their salaries, just for them to return their bonuses. i was always under the impression that people who worked for companies that allotted annual bonuses, did so as a merit-base reward. Like sayin', "Hey, Sport, job well done."

Well, they didn't do their jobs so well, so how about giving back those bonuses...? Surely their megamillion salaries are enough to help them weather this storm?

Company in crisis trying to save money, people have to take FORCE TIME OFF, meaning using your vacation time, if you dont' have enough, they let you borrow.

At the same time the CEO was getting millions in Bonus and Stock, for excellent cost reduction by outsourcing Our jobs, and open offices overseas in what their called Their Tier Region with cheaper labor cost.

One brave soul had the courage to ask them, you are asking us to make all that sacrifice, while our balance sheet is positive and we are still beating our earning.

You have to remember we are a publicly traded companies, it's not our money it belongs to the shareholders. Just didn't want to push it but i wish I could ask the ceo and all, who are those major shareholders. Whose getting those millions in Bonus and Stock, while the engineers have salary Freeze.

Can't those bonus at lease help pay the engineers their salary while we weather out the storms and when business is booming again, you can get your millions in Bonus.
